You can complete the course at your own pace and take as long as you need. Once you complete the course you will receive your certificate within 24 hours.

After purchase, you will need to sign up and create a user profile to access the course. When registering you can select one of three reasons to attend the course: DMV-DMV Required, NCT - Court Ordered, or VOL-Voluntary. Please choose the reason code that applies to you. If you received a letter from the DMV ordering you to take the DIP course, or have a suspended license, or are under 21 and have received a ticket please select DMV. If a court or a judge has ordered you to take the class, you must choose NCT-Court Ordered. If you have not been ordered by the court but are taking the course prior to a court appearance, choose VOL-Voluntary. If you did not receive a letter and have not appeared in court, and are taking the course to receive +5 points on your license your reason code is Voluntary :)
